INTERVIEW WITH OUR CLIENT – 12 MONTHS LATER…

In the hustle and bustle of modern life, there’s an increasing desire for homes that go beyond mere shelter—they should feel like sanctuaries, places where we can unwind, recharge, and truly be ourselves. Our Client Rachel alongside our team has created this for herself and her family, where every corner whispers of comfort and thoughtful design.

 

 

As you step into this abode, the first thing that envelopes you is a sense of warmth, not just from the cozy fireplace crackling softly in the corner, but from the carefully chosen colour palette that adorns the walls.

Whether our clients are building from concept, renovating or refurbing we believe that a good home to retreat to can transform your life.  Liliana our head designer believes that “homes should reflect and celebrate what is essential about their inhabitants, and therefore each project has its own entirely new refreshing existence”.  This outlook breathes personality and ambience into our clients homes and as a team a new exciting challenge.

The process simplified looks like this:

  1. Initial contact with client either via phone, email or text.
  2. A meeting with the designer and client to discuss the project brief
  3. Our design team collaborate and discuss the best options to bring the design brief to life that are aesthetically pleasing, celebrate the inhabitants and have function and practicality
  4. The design team and client meet and the selections are presented to the client.  Including the samples of finishes and a schedule of finishes outlining all the specifications, suppliers and costs.
  5. The client presents this to their hired builder and /or trades people
  6. Throughout the build the client has meetings to discuss any other concerns that may arise and / or changes of direction that they may have or may need to have because of the build

Having our design team along side you for your selection and build process can save time and money.  Making the right selections not only allows you to understand upfront the material costs, it also prevents mistakes.  Our design team is up to date on the latest finishes and options and are therefore able to present ideas that you may have not known about if you had not hired a professional designer.

For those clients that don’t have contacts with trades and other design professionals such as architects we work in collaboration with architects to ensure we can get the desired plans achieved.
